Solvex is headquartered in Vietnam and the US, with experience across APAC and global markets through roles at Deloitte, Yahoo, Microsoft, Expedia, Katalon, gaming and Web3 companies. We support Vietnamese businesses going regional or global, as well as international companies entering or expanding in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Most clients begin with a diagnostic across growth, finance, Web3 accounting or leadership capability. From there we co-design a 90-day program with clear OKRs, experiments, timelines and ownership, then decide together what a longer partnership looks like.

We almost always work alongside your teams. Our goal is to build and transfer capability, not create dependency. We run sprints with your people, set up training pods, share playbooks and create internal certifications so your team can design tests, read the data and run the engine themselves.

Yes. We regularly coordinate with agencies, auditors and internal finance or marketing teams. Our job is to create the operating system, governance, experiments and data layer that keep everyone aligned, so partners become more effective instead of working in silos.

In the first 90 days, we usually aim for a clear Growth Operating System, cleaned-up reporting and dashboards, a few validated scalable wins and a stronger internal team that understands the why, not just the what. Longer term, the focus shifts to compounding results and building an institutional learning bank.

We structure work transparently with clear deliverables per sprint or phase, no hidden fees, and options for ongoing advisory once the heavy lifting is done. SeedWise Academy is the mentoring and future-leaders arm of Solvex. It offers structured mentoring, skills tracks and real-world exposure for students and early professionals, often linked to live growth, finance or crypto projects. For companies, SeedWise can also support graduate pipelines and internal capability building.

Not necessarily. What matters more than headcount is ambition and readiness to implement. We work with funded startups and scaleups, mid-market companies professionalising growth and finance, and larger organisations needing specialist or fractional leadership. If the timing isn’t right, we’ll be honest about it.

We’re used to working with sensitive financial, customer and crypto data. We sign NDAs, follow structured access controls, and work with your internal policies and approved tools. Where needed, we collaborate with your legal or compliance teams to formalise additional safeguards.

We work comfortably in English for global and regional stakeholders, and can support Vietnamese for local teams, partners and documentation where needed. This often helps bridge HQ expectations with in-market execution.
